Production Confirmation II – GF

About the role

The Production Confirmation II position supports BRF’s large‑scale food manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of production data. Working closely with the factory floor, warehouse, and quality teams, you will help maintain inventory integrity and compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SAP production confirmations following corporate norm 03.8.001.
• Evaluate packaging consumption and verify correct material usage in SAP.
• Identify and resolve COGI issues for direct materials.
• Monitor daily inventory variances between SAP records and physical stock.
• Apply corporate norms 03.11.008 and 03.11.034 for inventory management.
• Maintain organized files of production records and material consumption.
• Generate and update Anomaly Reports for losses and inventory adjustments.
• Adhere to BRF food safety policies and daily communication of finished‑goods production information.
• Reconcile finished‑goods data in SAP against warehouse receipts.
• Correct production dates and shelf‑life data using SAP transaction MSC2N.
• Validate traceability entries in Innova (or equivalent system) against SAP records.
• Perform SAP reversals and manual entries for coating and elaborated material consumption.
• Support BRF sustainability initiatives by following the company’s ESG guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, including transaction MSC2N.
• Experience using traceability systems such as Innova.
