Production Engineer – Manufacturing Process Improvement

About the role

The Production Engineer will drive manufacturing process improvements to ensure efficient, high‑quality production while reducing costs. You will coordinate daily production activities, support engineering tasks, and foster continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production processes, monitor WIP and sub‑store inventory.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, optimizing equipment and material usage.
• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities.
• Assess production performance, investigate issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement cost‑reduction measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications.
• Train and guide team members to support production goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven ability to analyze processes, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
