Production Incharge – CNC & WIP Control

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Incharge to lead CNC operations and manage work‑in‑progress (WIP) control within its poles and towers manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands‑on CNC programming, production planning, and shop‑floor supervision to ensure timely delivery of fabricated components.

Key responsibilities

• Handle raw material receipt reports and develop daily production plans.
• Monitor CNC machine output, ensuring daily production targets are met.
• Supervise WIP control from machining through to goods‑issue dispatch, maintaining accurate production data.
• Manage inventory consumption for plates, angles, tools, and consumables; raise indents as needed.
• Program CNC machines for plate and angle processing, including plasma cutting and hole‑milling operations.
• Oversee machine care, preventive maintenance, and coordinate minor CNC maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimise workflow and support the launch of a second production line.
• Maintain production records, reports and enforce operational discipline on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in CNC programming and production supervision within the poles & towers or heavy‑fabrication sector.
• Proven knowledge of plasma cutting, hole milling, and plate & angle processing.
• Strong understanding of WIP management, inventory control and production reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot machines and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Leadership skills with a target‑oriented mindset and effective coordination abilities.

What we offer

• Basic salary of 2,000 SAR per month.
• Allowance of 500 SAR per month.
• Overtime compensation according to company policy.
