Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager partners with the Plant Manager to lead all production and packaging operations at the Dammam beverage manufacturing plant. This role ensures that approved supply plans are executed safely, efficiently, and with high quality, meeting volume commitments and cost‑per‑case targets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate supply and IBP plans into stable daily and weekly production schedules, managing line allocation, shift patterns, and changeover sequencing.
• Maintain production schedule adherence of ≥95% across all lines and drive OEE improvement through loss analysis and collaboration with Maintenance.
• Lead daily SQCDP performance routines, resolve short‑term constraints, and escalate medium‑term risks.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, KORE, ISO, and Saudi regulatory standards in all production activities.
• Support Saudization by developing national talent for production roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing high‑volume, multi‑line beverage manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of production planning, OEE metrics, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work in a D365 Finance & Operations environment and enforce disciplined transaction execution.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory and compliance requirements.
