Production Manager – Poultry Processing

About the role
The Production Manager will lead the poultry processing plant to achieve production targets while maintaining quality, environmental standards and budgetary control.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to maximise efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
- Manage budgetary performance and cost control.
- Lead and coordinate the production team in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
- Minimum 10 + years experience in poultry industry production.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role within the poultry sector.
- Strong knowledge of poultry health, nutrition and bio‑security practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
