Production Manager – Poultry Processing

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Production Manager to lead its poultry processing operations in Hail, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, environmental standards, and budgetary goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, nutrition, and bio‑security standards.
• Manage production budgets and control costs.
• Lead and coach the production team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
• 10+ years of experience in poultry production.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within the poultry industry.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
