Production Officer – Seafood Processing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Officer to lead a multi‑functional team in processing and packing seafood products such as shrimp, salmon and multi‑species fish at our facility in King Abdullah Economic City, Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures production targets, product quality and food safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate team members to achieve daily seafood production targets in line with specifications and quality standards.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching to ensure safe, efficient performance and compliance with SOPs and food safety requirements.
• Oversee processing activities including cutting, trimming, glazing, grading and packing to meet yield and quality goals.
• Review production plans with the Planning Department to guarantee product availability according to schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of the right product to internal customers and maintain compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, fish processing or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of experience in seafood or food processing environments.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO and GMP standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
