About the role
We are seeking motivated Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia that produces plastic, paper packaging, recycled resins, corrugated packaging and consumer products. The position is open to candidates from India with a diploma or ITI qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up equipment for each production run.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards.
- Monitor process parameters and report deviations.
- Maintain safety compliance on the shop floor.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimise downtime.
Required profile
- Fresh ITI or Diploma holder (candidates with 2‑3 years of relevant experience are also considered).
- Willingness to work on-site in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
