Production Operator – Quality & Line Management

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure product conformity with standard finished goods specifications.
- Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.
- Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
- Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
- Handle raw material received, returned, and from/to the Raw Material warehouse.
- Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problems on the machine.
- Maintain organization of finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw material in their dedicated places.
- Comply with safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
- Participate in occupational health and safety management system activities.
