About the role

The Production Planning Engineer will lead the planning, scheduling and coordination of transformer manufacturing activities. The role ensures timely delivery, optimal resource use and alignment with material availability and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain production plans and schedules for transformer orders.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
Monitor production progress, identify delays and implement recovery actions.
Ensure material and capacity availability to meet delivery targets.
Track production KPIs and prepare planning and progress reports.
Support production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing.
Strong analytical, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in English.
