Production Senior Operator

About the role

The Production Senior Operator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of production equipment, ensuring optimal asset performance and minimizing downtime. This role combines condition monitoring, lean manufacturing practices, and hands‑on machine operation to support NAPCO’s manufacturing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor asset condition in real time, interpret indicators, and prioritize maintenance actions to reduce cost and downtime.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools such as Just‑in‑Time, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, and PDCA to improve process efficiency.
• Operate production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain knowledge of machinery, spare parts, tools, and maintenance practices used at NAPCO.
• Support the transformation of raw materials into finished goods by applying manufacturing best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior production or operator role within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical ability to assess equipment condition and make data‑driven decisions.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous‑improvement culture.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and work safely on production lines.
