Program Analyst (Data Programs) - Jeddah

About the role

Eram Talent is hiring a Data Program Analyst in Saudi Arabia, working on site in Jeddah. The analyst analyzes and manages data programs to support decision-making and operational efficiency, turning raw data into actionable insights so that programs can be measured and improved.

Key responsibilities

• Data capture and management: collect and maintain accurate data from startups and program activities, ensure its completeness and consistency, build templates and processes for data collection and verification, generate ad-hoc reports and analysis, and act as the main contact for startups on data reporting.
• Program support and analysis: help program managers plan and run bootcamps, workshops and demo days, track progress against timelines and escalate risks or delays, and contribute to program briefs, meeting notes and stakeholder updates.
• Dashboards and reporting: build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, startup metrics and ecosystem impact, and support presentations with clear data visualizations.
• Startup engagement: follow up with founders and teams on timely data submissions, and support onboarding of new startups into data systems and reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, program management support or startup/innovation ecosystems.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
