Program Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs for Bold Portal in Riyadh. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed program plans covering scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to align tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and drive cost‑efficiency.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
• Track program performance against milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Ensure all outputs meet quality standards and organizational guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within the program team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications in a fast‑paced environment.
