Project Control / Cost Manager

About the role

The Business Manager / Project Control Manager will support the Program Director in maintaining proactive client engagement throughout the program lifecycle. This role focuses on early identification and resolution of client concerns, ensuring smooth contract administration and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Interact regularly with client counterparts to assess and address relationship issues.
• Manage contract administration, including all WERs and PAFs.
• Oversee procurement and subcontract support services.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project controls documentation as required by the contract.
• Coordinate invoicing with Finance and assist in proposal preparation.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Maintain IT and design systems, and handle document control administration.

Required profile

• Background in project control, preferably on offshore or mega‑projects.
• Relevant engineering degree and thorough engineering knowledge.
• Cost‑conscious mindset with solid understanding of planning fundamentals.
• Strong people‑management, conflict‑resolution and communication abilities.
