Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead industrial automation projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from design through commissioning, using Rockwell Automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage automation projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop PLC and SCADA solutions using Rockwell PLC (Allen Bradley ControlLogix) and FactoryTalk SCADA.
• Perform system integration, testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and final commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and support PLC/SCADA systems throughout project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of project engineering experience in industrial automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Rockwell PLC – Allen Bradley ControlLogix (mandatory).
• Experience with FactoryTalk SCADA (highly preferred).
• Strong exposure to the complete project lifecycle from engineering through commissioning.
• Background in motor manufacturing automation projects is a plus.
