Project Execution Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Execution Manager to lead the execution lifecycle of development projects in Al‑Khubar, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Design & Projects Management Head, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project execution from mobilization through handover.
• Ensure adherence to approved schedules and budgets.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce accountability.
• Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, property management, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, claims, disputes, and execution challenges.
• Support operational readiness and smooth transition to end users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• 8–12 years of construction and project execution experience.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale real‑estate development projects.
• Strong background in contract administration, cost control, and project delivery.
• Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 contractors and mixed‑use developments.
• Saudi national.
