Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

About the role

Earth Reservoir for Oil & Gas (EROG) is looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead the establishment and operation of the PMO for a major industrial manufacturing project in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee project scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring from concept through construction and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run the Project Management Office for the project.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, legal, finance, construction, procurement, and operations workstreams.
• Track deliverables, risks, action items, and critical decisions.
• Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings, record minutes, and follow‑up on actions.
• Monitor performance against approved schedules and budgets.
• Support contractor, consultant, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and governance processes.
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project controls or industrial project execution.
• Experience with large industrial, manufacturing, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• PMP certification is preferred.
