Project Manager - Activations

About the role

Tahaluf Al Emarat is seeking a Project Manager to lead activation projects for large‑scale B2B and B2C events across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inter‑departmental processes, milestones, and risk assessments for event activations.
• Maintain and improve project management systems and procedures to streamline delivery.
• Conduct continuous risk assessments, resource planning, and contingency planning.
• Manage stakeholder interactions and provide regular status reporting.

Required profile

• Experience with esports, live gaming, defence/aviation events, or hackathon/CTF competitions.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, large‑scale event environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
