Project Manager - Agility Logistics Services

About the role

This role acts as the central hub for Agility's KSA operations, tracking, managing and accelerating opportunities across the Agility global portfolio. It bridges high-level government engagements and operational execution, keeping a single source of truth for the pipeline, managing complex stakeholder relationships in the Saudi ecosystem and giving leadership data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Pipeline and opportunity management: build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker (Power BI or Excel), monitoring status, ownership, timelines and dependencies of regional projects
• Stakeholder and government liaison: track engagements with key KSA entities and document next actions so nothing is missed
• Performance reporting: prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards
• Operational accountability: follow up with Operating Companies on meeting actions and deadlines, acting as the main enforcer of project timelines
• Risk mitigation: proactively flag delays, resource bottlenecks and strategic risks
• Knowledge management: keep project data and strategic relationships continuous during priority shifts or team changes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• 6-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a conglomerate, consulting firm or logistics/infrastructure sector
• Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and the Vision 2030 framework
• Familiarity with Saudi government ministries and international organizations
• Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, dashboards)
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification highly preferred
• Leadership, influence and communication skills, strategic thinking and agility in a fast-paced environment
