Project Manager – Aviation & Infrastructure

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of aviation infrastructure projects, overseeing technical, commercial, financial and construction supervision activities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all technical, commercial, financial, administrative and construction supervision activities.
• Deliver projects in line with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain Project Management, Health & Safety and QA/QC plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing, billing, profitability and cost control.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and government agencies.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, costs and schedule performance.
• Handle scope changes, change orders, claims and commercial issues.
• Represent Parsons in client, contractor, regulatory and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of project or construction management experience, preferably in aviation infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, cost control and commercial management.
• Familiarity with aviation construction practices, regulations, codes and safety requirements.
• Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements (e.g., PMP, Professional Engineer).
• Proven leadership, team‑management and communication skills.
