About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, discreet and proactive Project Manager to lead the CEO’s private and strategic initiatives. The role involves managing confidential projects end‑to‑end while ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end execution of the CEO’s private and strategic projects.
- Coordinate across internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
- Track progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefings for the CEO.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Ensure projects align with the CEO’s vision and organisational goals.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Discreet with handling confidential information.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
