Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

About the role

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is recruiting an Arab National Project Manager (Civil Engineering) to join its team. The role manages and executes civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets and quality standards. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of civil engineering projects, keeping them within established timelines and budgets.
• Oversee project execution, from site inspections to coordination with architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Manage project development end to end, including resource allocation, budget management and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to keep communication effective and clients satisfied.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
• Arabic proficiency is required; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office Suite.
• Expert understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
