Project Manager (Civil)

About the role

The Project Manager (Civil) will lead the design and construction phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. You will act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and oversee the delivery of high‑quality infrastructure facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project charters and detailed plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, costs, and resources.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and key performance metrics.
• Manage on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved plans, schedules, budgets, and standards.
• Evaluate change requests and assess impacts on scope, cost, and timelines.
• Oversee handover processes, including permits, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Review and coordinate civil infrastructure designs such as roads, utilities, drainage, and site development works.
• Monitor construction to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
• Review technical submittals, shop drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Support quality inspections and site progress monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering project management, construction supervision, or related roles.
• Experience with site development, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
