Project Manager – Construction (High‑rise)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of high‑rise construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope. Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams and act as the primary liaison with stakeholders and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a detailed work plan, schedule, and project budget.
• Develop and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Assess performance of consultants and contractors, applying construction‑management best practices.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare status reports, cash‑flow projections, and variance analyses for senior management.
• Pre‑qualify contractors and suppliers and support procurement of construction packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with at least 7 years in management roles on high‑rise residential or hospitality projects.
• Proven experience with a Tier 1 main contractor in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic.
