Project Manager – Construction (Riyadh)

About the role

Qamat Construction, a leading Saudi construction firm delivering integrated structural, architectural and electromechanical solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑quality projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project life‑cycle from mobilization to handover, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate activities of consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor and update detailed project schedules, ensuring critical path adherence.
• Control project costs, prepare forecasts, and manage budget variations.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and client representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects from start‑up to handover.
• Strong ability to manage consultants, contractors and diverse project stakeholders.
