Project Manager – Construction Site Execution

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site execution for construction projects, ensuring that all works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site, guaranteeing compliance with structural and architectural drawings and safety standards.
• Direct and coordinate site teams and subcontractors, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare RFIs, and enforce QA/QC procedures throughout all construction phases.
• Verify material deliveries against specifications, manage receiving, storage and material inspection requests.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the technical office and supervising consultant.
• Review quantity measurements, audit payment applications and support cost‑control processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in construction project management and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures and project management practices.
• Proven ability to work with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Excellent reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
