Project Manager – Corporate Network Team

About the role

The Project Manager – Corporate Network Team is responsible for end‑to‑end execution and governance of Petromin’s corporate network development projects across the Kingdom. The role combines hands‑on project delivery, regional coordination and centralized reporting to ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of corporate network projects such as showrooms, workshops, stock yards, warehouses and offices.
• Manage regional site execution directly and provide oversight to other regions through Project Engineers and contractors.
• Develop and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), scopes of work, cost estimates and schedules.
• Oversee contractors and consultants on site, monitoring progress, quality, safety compliance and resolving issues.
• Review and integrate architectural, structural, MEP, IT and specialist drawings to ensure constructability.
• Own project cost control, tracking commitments, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Maintain project trackers for schedule, cost, risks and mitigation actions; proactively escalate deviations.
• Compile a centralized OneDrive repository for as‑built AutoCAD/PDF drawings, BOQs, contracts, trackers and handover documentation.
• Ensure structured project close‑out, including snag clearance, handover documents and warranty tracking.
• Prepare management‑ready reports for senior leadership covering cost status, delivery risks and recommended actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification (mandatory); PgMP preferred; registration with Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Minimum 15 years of project execution experience, including multi‑site and multi‑region projects.
• Proven experience working in lean teams with high execution responsibility.
