Project Manager – Debit Diversification Program (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead the Debit Diversification Program in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on increasing credit and prepaid card penetration among existing Visa Debit Cardholders across seven banks, managing telesales teams, training, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise 4‑6 telesales agents per participating bank.
• Implement and maintain tracking systems to measure sales effectiveness and program impact.
• Prepare detailed reports and templates for regular program updates and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders from each bank to ensure smooth execution.
• Design and run sales competitions and incentive schemes to motivate teams.
• Manage the program budget, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and proper resource allocation.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of all program components within the fixed‑term contract.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in program management within financial services.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
