Project Manager – Engineering & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead engineering and automation projects from contract award through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and closeout.
• Support the proposal team by validating assumptions, execution strategies, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Execute and coordinate activities such as contract review, procurement, manufacturing, inspections, logistics, shipments, subcontracting, installation, and site services.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and act as the primary customer interface.
• Control project financial performance through budget monitoring, cost tracking, revenue forecasting, cash‑flow management, and invoicing support.
• Monitor progress against schedules, KPIs, contractual requirements, and company procedures, providing regular status reports.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, scope changes, and variation orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience or 5 years in lead engineering and commissioning roles.
• Proven ability to ask insightful questions, conduct situational analyses, and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across formal and informal channels.
