Project Manager (Events)

About the role

Join Tahaluf Al Emirat, the leading B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, as a Project Manager supporting the Global Health Exhibition delivery teams. You will help shape large‑scale events from concept to completion, working closely with a supportive leadership team that encourages personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for large‑scale events.
• Break down events into phases (pre‑event, execution, post‑event) and define major deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) and external partners (sponsors, exhibitors, vendors).
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of relevant experience in project or events management.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
