Project Manager – Exhibitions & Conferences

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of exhibitions and conference projects, ensuring client objectives are met on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordinate with clients to capture requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead internal teams, suppliers and contractors across design, fit‑out, AV, lighting and logistics.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and manage project timelines.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
• Supervise on‑site setup, execution and dismantling of events.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing exhibitions, conferences or events projects.
• Strong knowledge of the exhibitions and events industry and its suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Experience using Asana.
• Experience using Trello.
