Project Manager – Facilities Management / Industrial Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the operation, maintenance and service delivery of our industrial facilities and assets. The role ensures that all infrastructure, utilities and support services run safely, efficiently and in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of facilities, industrial buildings, utilities and related assets.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, environmental rules, HSE policies and contractual obligations.
• Monitor condition and performance of equipment and infrastructure, planning preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage multidisciplinary services such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil works, cleaning, security, landscaping and waste management.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors and specialized service providers.
• Control budgets, monitor expenditures and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Administer maintenance contracts, service agreements and supplier performance.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI updates and risk assessments for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management, industrial operations or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and manage external contractors.
• Experience with budget management and cost‑control.
