Project Manager – Fit Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least five years of fit‑out experience in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering turnkey fit‑out projects across retail, commercial, residential and hospitality sectors, from concept through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead turnkey fit‑out projects from feasibility and design to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, risk management and change control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships, set expectations and provide regular project reporting.
• Support value‑engineering while preserving design intent and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of project management experience in fit‑out projects for retail, commercial, residential or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of fit‑out finishes, operational requirements and construction processes.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercially astute with proven cost and programme control experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
