Project Manager - Fit out (Riyadh based)

About the role
You will be an integral part of our Workplace Department, working under the mentorship of our Directors & Senior Project Managers and managing multiple fit‑out projects across the region. The role involves close collaboration with commercial and design teams while overseeing external consultants, contractors and client teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage pre‑ and post‑contract phases of fit‑out projects.
- Lead project meetings and own the action tracker.
- Coordinate information flow between design, commercial and construction teams.
- Control timelines, deliverables and site progress while ensuring quality.
- Oversee contract administration and produce formal project reports.
Required profile
- Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a PMC firm.
- Willingness to be based full‑time in Riyadh.
