Project Manager – Healthcare & RCM Implementation

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) implementation projects for Santechture. Acting as the main liaison between clients, business stakeholders, implementation and technical teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and govern healthcare and RCM implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate integration of Santechture solutions with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other healthcare applications.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs and governance reports.
• Manage client relationships, serve as primary point of contact and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage change requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with product, implementation and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (≈60 months) of experience managing healthcare software or RCM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, Revenue Cycle Management workflows and EMR systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and technical staff.
• Technical background is a plus, but deep healthcare and RCM expertise is essential.
