Project Manager – High-End Hotel Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑end hotel development in Riyadh. You will own the project from construction start through handover, ensuring it meets schedule, budget, quality and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full construction life‑cycle – pre‑construction, execution, commissioning and final handover.
• Develop and control detailed schedules, resource plans and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions and keep the project within approved budget.
• Oversee main contractor, subcontractors, design consultants and specialist vendors to ensure contractual compliance and quality.
• Coordinate between owner, hotel brand, design team, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with hotel brand MEP, fit‑out and operational standards, including mock‑up approvals and final inspections.
• Guarantee adherence to Saudi Building Code, municipal permits and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, maintain a strong safety culture and provide regular progress reports.
• Lead commissioning, snagging, final acceptance and smooth transition to hotel operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years on hotel, resort or large mixed‑use projects.
• Hands‑on experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, familiar with local contractor landscape and Saudi Building Code.
• Proven record of delivering hotel projects from construction through handover.
