Project Manager – Hospitality Development (Architect / Civil Engineer)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale luxury hotel/resort development in Medina. The role is senior level and requires on-site presence to ensure the project meets time, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall construction execution, schedule and budget control.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
• Monitor progress, implement delay mitigation strategies and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and relevant regulations.
• Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and manage QA/QC processes across all construction packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering luxury hospitality, mixed-use or giga-project developments (e.g., NEOM, Red Sea, AlUla).
• Fluent in English and Arabic; Turkish is a plus.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and risk-management capabilities.
