Project Manager III – Complex Infrastructure Projects

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager III to lead highly complex infrastructure projects that span a national footprint and involve a full spectrum of engineering and consulting services. The role requires overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle while ensuring regulatory compliance and managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or more very complex projects, including those with litigation, environmental protection, or due‑diligence components.
• Oversee all project phases from initiation through close‑out.
• Secure consenting and regulatory approvals as required.
• Lead and mentor other Project Managers within the project team.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal service lines to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate regulatory processes and obtain approvals.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising other Project Managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
