Project Manager – Infrastructure Consulting

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and administer complex infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for guiding projects from inception through close‑out while ensuring compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, from budgeting and scheduling to procurement and contract close‑out.
• Develop and lead persuasive proposals, capture planning, and win‑strategy activities.
• Provide guidance to other project managers and enforce company and project policies.
• Act as the primary liaison between AECOM and clients, ensuring design, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Support commercial teams with KPI reporting, cash collection, and execution of internal agreements.
• Assume profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects, including handling litigation, environmental, and due‑diligence complexities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage large, complex, priority‑driven pursuits from capture to interview stage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
• Experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, and procurement processes.
• Accountability for project profitability and risk management.
