Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects from planning through successful delivery. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee infrastructure projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare status reports, performance updates, and risk assessments.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review technical documents, engineering drawings, and project deliverables when required.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
• Handle project submissions and follow‑up through government platforms where applicable.
• Support continuous process improvement and adhere to project management best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of project management experience, specifically in infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with government entities and approval platforms is highly preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
