Project Manager - Innovation Projects

About the role

Khibraty is looking for a Project Manager in Riyadh to oversee innovation and development projects that drive continuous improvement of the organization's products and services. The role involves working with several teams and building strategies to reach innovative objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze PMO needs and evaluate opportunities for new products or services
• Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision
• Lead and supervise innovation project teams and ensure project objectives are met
• Identify and allocate the resources needed for successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management
• Analyze data to assess project effectiveness and take improvement actions
• Guide innovation and development to meet customer needs and future expectations
• Promote an innovation culture and encourage employees to share new ideas
• Solve problems in innovation processes and follow quality, safety and security standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing innovation projects or R&D
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to make independent decisions under pressure
• Commitment to continuous learning in innovation and management
