Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager to lead exhibition and event builds from award to opening night in Riyadh. You will own the entire delivery chain – from planning and factory production to procurement, logistics, site installation and handover – ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and milestones.
• Coordinate internal design, engineering and factory teams with external clients and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, logistics and specialist subcontractors (joinery, metal, MEP, finishes).
• Oversee RAMS, site documentation and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress against budget and schedule, proactively resolving issues before they impact the client.
• Serve as the single point of accountability from award to opening night.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing exhibition, events or high‑end fit‑out projects, with KSA experience essential.
• Proven track record of delivering fast‑track builds, including night works and live venues.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English required, Arabic a plus.
• Degree in engineering, construction management or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Solutions‑first mindset with the ability to provide answers rather than problems.
