Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager at Futuro Dei Progetti will lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. This full‑time, on‑site position in Jeddah focuses on coordinating resources, expediting deliveries and supervising inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, set timelines and allocate resources.
• Oversee expediting activities to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor logistics, transportation and supply‑chain coordination.
• Supervise inspections and enforce quality‑control standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and clients to resolve issues and manage risks.
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and support continuous delivery optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience covering planning, coordination and lifecycle oversight.
• Hands‑on experience with expediting and logistics management.
• Knowledge of inspection practices and quality‑control procedures.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, construction management, business or a related field.
• Proficiency with project‑management software and tools.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site, handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
