Project Manager

About the role

AlWatania Information Systems is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead a variety of IT and business projects. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects within agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocate them efficiently.
• Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report progress and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct project evaluations and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
• Knowledge of Waterfall project management methodology.
