Project Manager

About the role

AJDAN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large‑scale development in Dammam, covering residential, retail and other components. You will be responsible for steering the project from planning through construction to handover, ensuring alignment with approved designs and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, risks and milestones.
• Ensure delivery meets approved designs, specifications and project requirements.
• Report project progress and address key delivery issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in residential and large‑scale real‑estate developments.
• Experience with real‑estate developers is preferred.
