Project Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Project Manager role in Riyadh will lead end‑to‑end delivery of data analytics and decisioning solutions for Qarar’s financial institution and FinTech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data analytics and decisioning solutions, including project planning, scope definition, resource coordination, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal data science, consulting, and technology teams, and manage communication with client stakeholders.
• Track progress against milestones, prepare project documentation, status reports, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and support pre‑sales and proposal activities.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience in the FinTech sector or a relevant FinTech qualification/certification.
• Professional project management certification, preferably PMP or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power BI (developing and monitoring dashboards and KPIs).
• Microsoft Project (or similar project‑management tools).
