Project Manager – Large‑Scale Civil Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large‑scale civil construction projects from initiation through handover. The role requires strong coordination with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities to ensure projects meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large‑scale civil projects from initiation to handover.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities.
• Monitor project performance, risks, variations, and reporting activities.
• Drive site progress while maintaining cost and schedule targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and technical functions.
• Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10+ years of construction experience.
• Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
