Project Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of logistics and supply‑chain projects, ranging from small initiatives to large‑scale programmes. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and the Project Delivery Lead, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet their objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery in line with defined quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Director of Project Delivery to define milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the Centre of Excellence and other departments to align project activities with overall business goals.
• Facilitate clear communication among project teams and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Implement and uphold quality assurance processes, conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently, managing personnel, equipment, and financial assets.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, logs, and lessons learned.
• Recommend training and development actions to enhance team capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to closure under senior oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to coordinate across multiple functions.
• Experience in documenting project outcomes and reporting to senior leadership.
