Project Manager – Luxury Interiors & Fit‑out Execution

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead luxury interior design and fit‑out projects for our elite clientele in Riyadh. Reporting to senior management, you will own the full project lifecycle, from concept through to flawless handover, ensuring strict adherence to quality, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to-end ownership of high‑end interior design and fit‑out projects, managing scope, critical path, budgets and luxury quality standards.
• Expedite and monitor global material and equipment orders, liaising with premium suppliers to resolve logistical bottlenecks.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee compliance with design specifications and elite benchmarks.
• Coordinate internal design, engineering and procurement teams, supervise specialised contractors and site vendors, and prepare precise progress reports.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders while safeguarding confidentiality of project details.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering complex construction and fit‑out projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Experience in luxury residential, commercial or hospitality interiors.
• Strong ability to manage supply‑chain logistics and resolve on‑site issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality standards.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with elite clientele.
