Project Manager – PMC

About the role

KEO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects under a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) model. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors and internal KEO teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, developers, consultants, contractors and KEO internal divisions (construction management, planning, engineering, design).
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Deliver contracted PM/CM services and implement the Project Management Plan.
• Manage risk by identifying, mitigating and monitoring project risks.
• Prepare tender strategies, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Review project proposals, staffing plans and timelines; guide design progress and verify submittals.
• Organise and chair design review meetings, workshops and produce minutes.
• Advise clients on cost, scope and schedule; monitor cost estimates, value‑engineering proposals and cost reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing monthly progress reports and support the Project Director throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Membership of a recognized professional engineering or construction management body is desirable.
• PMP certification preferred.
